We appreciated this stay. View was magnificent, breakfast was incredible, and beds were comfy. The location was easy and practical, just next door to Deerfoot Inn and Casino and the water park and Calgary, in a calm area. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was early.

Great Family Experience!

We enjoyed a spacious Family Suite, perfect for everyone. The staff was pretty good. The buffet featured delicious options. The kids loved the fresh fruit salad. Tip, Check out the water park for fun!

It was exceptionally clean, breakfast was enjoyable and good hot. Remote location of this mini hotel was a bonus. The property was in a peaceful area. The staff was very flexible, amicable, and everything was perfect. The provided service was great...

We like that it is connected to the casino and the rooms were quite nice.

We found the menu in restaurant a bit limited for our tastes,but we enjoyed eating in the pub in the casino.Breakfast is quite expensive but with Dennys across steet we went there.

We had a blast at the casino! The kids loved the fun pool and waterslide, including our pet. Enjoying some gaming while knowing they were entertained was a highlight. The service was attentive and friendly.

My kids wished for a free breakfast option for families.

This hotel is in a good location with easy access to both major stores and restaurants within 5 minutes drive North and South of the Inn. There is plenty of parking which is also well lit at night.

The experience was marred by a few hiccups. The noise from the nearby highway was disruptive at night, and the mattress felt outdated, impacting sleep quality. Towels in the pool area were often unavailable, leading to longer waits. Key cards failed frequently, resulting in multiple trips to the lobby, which can be frustrating with children. A few cleanliness issues in the room also detracted from the overall comfort.

The family king suite with bunk beds and microwave plus fridge. Early check-in, generally outstanding service.

We ate at the Martini Sushi Bar and it was outstanding!!!

My spouse asked a question of the gal who checked us in during the check-in and she reapeated more than once"like I told you..." which we felt was rather rude.

The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a cozy corner with an armchair that's perfect for curling up with a book. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic. Staff were super friendly and always eager to help.

Dining options could improve.

It is convenient when I am meeting with companies in the South East of Calgary. The room is very comfortable and I was able to stay in the same room two weeks in a row. The services stay open very late and it was convenient when I was working late.

Unfortunately, the access to downtown is a problem due to the traffic on the Deerfoot Trail. The hotel was fine; the location and the traffic flow is probably the biggest problem.

I liked the porximity to the seminar room i gave a presnetation in in the hotel

The price of the room was higher than I am used to paying in a similar facility

The decor was charming and cute, with lovely seating areas perfect for a chat. The staff were so attentive, helping us navigate the hotel comfortably.
